The Multi-purpose Room at FiDi Creatives is a spacious and adaptable venue designed to host a variety of events and activities. With its bright, open layout, it’s ideal for workshops, meetings, classes, rehearsals, or creative projects. Whether you’re hosting a larger group or an intimate gathering, the Multi-purpose Room fosters creativity and collaboration.
The room is equipped with essential amenities, including WiFi, a TV/projector, Bluetooth speakers, large mirror which can be covered by curtains, and foldable furniture that can be rearranged to meet your event’s needs. Blackout curtains are also available, offering control over lighting for different settings.
*The multi-purpose ALONE room seats about 50 people and is connected to our lounge area with sliding doors. For larger groups, the room can be extended to accommodate more people. Please refer to our other listing, "Multipurpose Room with Extension," for more details.

Welcome to FiDi Creatives! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all renters and guests, please review and adhere to the following rental rules.
1. Booking & Payment
• Additional time beyond the agreed rental period will be subject to overtime fees.
• Grace period is 5 min. Event extended beyond then scheduled time will be charged with 5min incremental.
2. Event Capacity & Safety
• Please follow Max capacity —no exceptions.
• The renter is responsible for ensuring all guests follow fire safety and emergency exit protocols.
• Open flames, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
3. Setup & Breakdown
• Setup and breakdown time must be included in your rental period.
• Renters are responsible for arranging their own décor, equipment, and furniture placement.
• All rented items and decorations must be removed and return the space to it’s original form at the end of the event.
4. Clean-Up & Trash Disposal
• The space must be left in the same condition as it was received.
• All trash must be properly disposed of in designated bins. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive mess is left behind.
5. Alcohol & Catering
• Alcohol service requires prior approval.
• Outside catering is permitted, but renters must ensure all food waste is cleaned up.
6. Liability & Insurance
• Renters are responsible for the behavior of their guests and any damages incurred.
• Depending on the event type, proof of liability insurance may be required.
7. Additional Rules & Compliance
• FiDi Creatives reserves the right to terminate any event that violates these rules without a refund.
• Renters must comply with all city regulations, venue policies, and staff instructions.
