The room is available for hourly, half-day, and full-day rentals.
*Please note, this room is connected to several of our other rooms. The rate listed here is for non-exclusive use of the space, meaning others will be permitted to book the surrounding rooms and could therefore walk through/around your event*

Welcome to FiDi Creatives! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all renters and guests, please review and adhere to the following rental rules.
1. Booking & Payment
• Additional time beyond the agreed rental period will be subject to overtime fees.
• Grace period is 5 min. Event extended beyond then scheduled time will be charged with 5min incremental.
2. Event Capacity & Safety
• Please follow Max capacity —no exceptions.
• The renter is responsible for ensuring all guests follow fire safety and emergency exit protocols.
• Open flames, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
3. Setup & Breakdown
• Setup and breakdown time must be included in your rental period.
• Renters are responsible for arranging their own décor, equipment, and furniture placement.
• All rented items and decorations must be removed and return the space to it’s original form at the end of the event.
4. Clean-Up & Trash Disposal
• The space must be left in the same condition as it was received.
• All trash must be properly disposed of in designated bins. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive mess is left behind.
5. Alcohol & Catering
• Alcohol service requires prior approval.
• Outside catering is permitted, but renters must ensure all food waste is cleaned up.
6. Liability & Insurance
• Renters are responsible for the behavior of their guests and any damages incurred.
• Depending on the event type, proof of liability insurance may be required.
7. Additional Rules & Compliance
• FiDi Creatives reserves the right to terminate any event that violates these rules without a refund.
• Renters must comply with all city regulations, venue policies, and staff instructions.
