The Left Wing at FiDi Creatives is a spacious and versatile section of the floor, ideal for hosting a variety of activities such as creative workshops, performances, shows, private events, and master classes.
This area includes
1. Multi-Purpose Room, Lounge Area ( multipurpose room extension) a large and dynamic space suitable for group activities, presentations, or gatherings.
2. Three private rooms, each equipped with Yamaha upright pianos, making them perfect for music lessons, rehearsals, or solo practice, small group session, breakout room during events, or one-on-one consulting sessions
3. Jam/Drum Room offers a private area that can be used as a preparation space, lounge, or breakout room during events.
It features two washrooms, pantry room and amenities such as Water fountain, WiFi, Bluetooth speakers, and foldable chairs and tables to ensure a seamless experience. With its combination of functional and creative spaces, the Left Wing is an excellent choice for diverse activities and can also be combined with other areas for larger-scale events.
The rates for the Left Wing are $850 for four hours and $1650 for eight hours.

Welcome to FiDi Creatives! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all renters and guests, please review and adhere to the following rental rules.
1. Booking & Payment
• Additional time beyond the agreed rental period will be subject to overtime fees.
• Grace period is 5 min. Event extended beyond then scheduled time will be charged with 5min incremental.
2. Event Capacity & Safety
• Please follow Max capacity —no exceptions.
• The renter is responsible for ensuring all guests follow fire safety and emergency exit protocols.
• Open flames, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
3. Setup & Breakdown
• Setup and breakdown time must be included in your rental period.
• Renters are responsible for arranging their own décor, equipment, and furniture placement.
• All rented items and decorations must be removed and return the space to it’s original form at the end of the event.
4. Clean-Up & Trash Disposal
• The space must be left in the same condition as it was received.
• All trash must be properly disposed of in designated bins. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive mess is left behind.
5. Alcohol & Catering
• Alcohol service requires prior approval.
• Outside catering is permitted, but renters must ensure all food waste is cleaned up.
6. Liability & Insurance
• Renters are responsible for the behavior of their guests and any damages incurred.
• Depending on the event type, proof of liability insurance may be required.
7. Additional Rules & Compliance
• FiDi Creatives reserves the right to terminate any event that violates these rules without a refund.
• Renters must comply with all city regulations, venue policies, and staff instructions.

The rooms are newly finished and available for individual hire, multi-room hire, or full floor hire.
