The Multi-purpose Room at FiDi Creatives is a spacious and versatile space designed to accommodate a wide range of events and activities.
With its bright, open layout, this room is perfect for workshops, classes, meetings, or creative projects. It is equipped with essential amenities, including WiFi, a TV/projector, Bluetooth speakers, and foldable furniture that can be rearranged to suit the needs of your event.
The room also features blackout curtains, providing flexibility for different lighting requirements. Whether you're hosting a group activity or an intimate gathering, the Multi-purpose Room offers a dynamic environment for creativity and collaboration.
*Please note there is a cleaning fee of $50 for groups over 75 people*

Welcome to FiDi Creatives! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all renters and guests, please review and adhere to the following rental rules.
1. Booking & Payment
• Additional time beyond the agreed rental period will be subject to overtime fees.
• Grace period is 5 min. Event extended beyond then scheduled time will be charged with 5min incremental.
2. Event Capacity & Safety
• Please follow Max capacity —no exceptions.
• The renter is responsible for ensuring all guests follow fire safety and emergency exit protocols.
• Open flames, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
3. Setup & Breakdown
• Setup and breakdown time must be included in your rental period.
• Renters are responsible for arranging their own décor, equipment, and furniture placement.
• All rented items and decorations must be removed and return the space to it’s original form at the end of the event.
4. Clean-Up & Trash Disposal
• The space must be left in the same condition as it was received.
• All trash must be properly disposed of in designated bins. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive mess is left behind.
5. Alcohol & Catering
• Alcohol service requires prior approval.
• Outside catering is permitted, but renters must ensure all food waste is cleaned up.
6. Liability & Insurance
• Renters are responsible for the behavior of their guests and any damages incurred.
• Depending on the event type, proof of liability insurance may be required.
7. Additional Rules & Compliance
• FiDi Creatives reserves the right to terminate any event that violates these rules without a refund.
• Renters must comply with all city regulations, venue policies, and staff instructions.

The rooms are newly finished and available for individual hire, multi-room hire, or full floor hire.
