About this space

Open space event venue for birthdays, graduations, baby showers, bridal showers, pop-up shops, and more - please inquire. Ciao holds up to 70 individuals seated and up to 90 standing, depending on the setup. It features a kitchenette area with a stainless steel prep table, sink, and refrigerator/freezer.

Included in the rental are 10 six-foot rectangle tables, 70 clear Chiavari chairs, free WiFi, a speaker system with one cordless mic, six chafing dishes, and LED lighting. The backyard area is for smoking only and not for event use. Event insurance must be purchased prior to the event date. Full decor services and furniture rentals are available to enhance your event—please inquire.

- Must purchase event insurance within two weeks of the event. Contact the host if assistance is needed.
- No smoking inside of the venue (otherwise $150 fee will be charged). Please utilize the backyard area.
- Hookah/vape allowed inside the venue with permission from the host.
- Please do not smoke or gather in front of the establishment.
- Alcohol and outside food allowed. No selling alcohol.
- Cleaning fee automatically included with full decor service.
- No illegal activity.
