Welcome to The London Room! The London Room offers meeting and event space with nearby lounge and charging areas.
The London Room can accommodate 64 people in a theater setting, 40 people in a classroom setting, 32 people in pods, 28 people in a conference room and 80 people for a reception.
We have many facilities to make your meeting a pleasant experience. Among other things, we have Crestron app for full control of the meeting room, including Zoom Room and phone conferencing on a wall-mounted iPad. Two 75-inch Ultra HD 4K Smart LED TVs for displaying presentations, along with ceiling speakers. Digital signage displays for branding and/or agendas. HD videoconferencing with two Aver USB PTZ cameras with 12x optical zoom at the front and back of the room, and more!

Jay Conference Bryant Park is a conference center with up to 8 rooms available for rent! Our spaces are suitable for both events and meetings. These rooms are: Paris, Sydney, Toronto, London, Dubai, Rio, Tokyo and Tel Aviv. We are situated on the corner of 39th St and 6th Ave.
Our venue is fully accessible for people with disabilities, we have phone booths, coffee and water for guests, we are also a dog-friendly venue, you have access to a kitchen, and our venue is close to public transport.
