About this space
Our venue is for guests looking for a fun, intimate, and charming experience filled with color, eclectic props, and a touch of 80s/90s nostalgia. The space has an open layout with 15’ ceilings.

DEDICATED SELFIE ROOM
A cozy, tucked-away nook perfect for snapping selfies and taking a break from the main party space. (Look for the mirror and neon pink hangers in the photos!)
LIGHTING
By day, large windows and skylights fill the space with natural light. At night, hit the dance floor under RGB ceiling lights, a large disco ball, and a DJ laser light show.
SOUND SYSTEM
Guests can easily access pre-made Spotify playlists through our high-quality 440-watt sound system. Speakers are placed throughout the room for an immersive experience. Bluetooth connection is also available.

OUTSIDE ALCOHOL
Alcohol (except red wine or beverages that stain) is allowed with a $100 corkage fee.

Ideal for intimate gatherings of up to 40 guests. Strict cap at 50 attendees. Please confirm your guest count when booking.

Host rules
ALL setup and wrap-up time has to be included in the booked hours. If you need extra time for setting up or cleaning up, please plan ahead and book it in advance.
The booking time is pre-arranged and starts at the hour booked. Please do not come earlier, as the space will likely be occupied or being maintained.
Overtime has to be requested and will be charged at $90/ hr.
There is a $35 fee if you would like to reschedule your booking.
No glitter, confetti, etc. No messy foods. No Smoking. Yes to making Art!
Before they leave, guests are required to make sure to move all furniture and props exactly back to what they were. Don’t leave any food boxes, trash, or dirt. In order to keep the price low, we do not charge a cleaning fee in advance, but it means we rely on guests doing their part.

Welcome to our studio! Our beautiful 1500 square foot studio is ideal for any creative photo/video/production shoot you can dream of.
Every prop in our space has been carefully handpicked and curated by creatives to meet your project's artistic needs and vision.
Our notable clients include: Netflix (see our studio in the series "The Most Hated Man on the Internet"), MTV, RuPaul's Drag Race, The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Good Morning Britain.
All furniture and props pictured are included in the rental and are currently available.
