Our professional staff is dedicated to helping you create a memorable event. The capacity of our venue depends on the style and layout of your event, with a maximum capacity of 300 people when utilizing the entire property. Consult with event planner to determine the best setup for your specific needs.
Prices
Four months before the event, we require another non-refundable payment of 25% of the contract amount. The remaining balance non-refundable 25% is due two months before your event.
$500 refundable deposit is required two months before your event. Your deposit is refundable upon satisfactory cleaning and return of the facility and/or equipment.

Host rules
- No smoking in the building.
- We ask that you do not use rice or anything else that can be ingested by wildlife, as it can be deadly. We ask no petals, candles, confetti/glitter or anything in that realm is used as it's impossible to clean up. Heavy clean-up charges would be applied.
- Renter assumes all liability and responsibility for any and all damages and noise violation in excess of the deposit.
- Please allow 7 days for inspection of the facility. You will be contacted when your refund status is ready.
- There will be a deduction in your deposit for the following:
- Rubbish, food spills, etc. in parking lot.
- Damage to property, including tables and chairs.
- Excessive trash in venue. All trash must be placed in a dumpster.
- Tables, Chairs or any of our property is missing or damaged.
