For functional training, ADAPT provides resistance bands, medicine balls, battle ropes, plyometric boxes, and suspension training systems. Members also have access to sleds, turf areas, and Olympic lifting platforms for specialized workouts. - No nudity beyond showers and changing rooms
- Must be 16 or older to work out at the facility alone (Must have a parent/guardian sign a liability waiver before they begin to workout)
