About this space
Welcome to Sushi by Bou at Midtown Philadelphia, located inside RAW at 1224 Chestnut Street. In the heart of the city, we bring you an exciting omakase experience with a fun, vibrant atmosphere.
We offer two signature experiences: a 12-course Signature Omakase for $65 or for those wanting something extra special, a 17-course Bou-gie Omakase for $100. Whether you’re new to sushi or a seasoned omakase enthusiast, our expert chefs deliver an unforgettable meal in just one hour.
Our hours of operation are Wednesday through Sunday from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and we stay open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. With seating for 10 at our intimate sushi counter, the experience is personal and allows you to see our chefs in action up close. We also offer a large lounge area for those who prefer to relax before or after their meal.

Sushi By Bou is an intimate and timed speakeasy experience featuring a traditional Sushi Omakase or chef’s choice. Choose between our classic 12-course menu or get Bougie with our 17-course experience.

Think Studio 54 meets sushi. On Friday and Saturday nights, Sushi by Bou transforms into BouBar, a chic and vibrant lounge experience with live DJs spinning a mix of classic disco and house music. Come early and stay late to enjoy our craft cocktails, imported sake selection, and high-energy vibes.
