Our custom-built 2000 cuft dry-age room, featuring a 100 sqft wall of Himalayan salt bricks, is the heart of our brand. This meticulous aging process purifies the air, allowing for an extended aging period that concentrates the flavor, producing some of the best steaks in the DFW area.
