Our Saviour will provide a W-9 form.
The event time must include both setup and breakdown.

Toiletries, trash bags, and paper goods will be provided and restocked during the event.
If food is served, please be mindful that the space is a carpeted church. Renters are expected to keep the space tidy and fully clean up afterward.

Please remember this church is an active house of worship. If the event involves behavior that is not appropriate for a church, consider an alternative venue. If boundaries are crossed, Our Saviour reserves the right to shut down the event after giving an appropriate warning.
