Room 237 at TV Eye
About this space
Room 237 at TV Eye is an exclusive hidden bar, accessible through the coat check hallway, offering a unique and intimate setting. Inspired by the iconic back room of Max’s Kansas City, it serves as both an extension of the Green Room and a space for smaller, private gatherings. Often rented for exclusive events, it provides a distinctive ambiance that blends exclusivity with artistic charm.
Designed by TV Eye partner Caleb Braaten of Sacred Bones Records, the room pays visual homage to the Room 237 bathroom scene from The Shining. It features standout pieces such as a "Maltese Falcon" sculpture by Corin Johnson and a fantasy landscape by Robert Beatty, known for his iconic LP covers for artists like Tame Impala (Currents) and Kesha (Rainbow). Perfect for intimate gatherings and creative meetups, Room 237 combines art, culture, and exclusivity in one captivating space.
