Prices
An additional fee of $20 to fill up the bathtub with hot water, please let the studio know ahead of time so we can get it ready before your arrival.
A cleaning fee will be charged if the room is not returned to its original and normal condition upon completion of your session.

Renters must be at least 22 years old, have a valid ID, and must personally be at the studio during the whole reserved studio time.
All bookings must be pre-paid in full.
Please arrive at least ten minutes before your booking start time.
No smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use is permitted on studio premises.
No open flames and no candles.
No confetti or glitter in the studio.
No dry ice, sparklers, or fog/smoke machines.
Anything that can leave a stain, such as food, beverages, or paint, must be pre-approved by the studio before use.
No Music video shoot is allowed.
