Outside, a large wrap-around patio offers panoramic views of stunning sunsets, framed by a unique Gabion wall. A grand stone staircase with Edison lighting adds to the ambiance. The property also boasts a spacious open lawn dotted with beautiful Oak groves and stone outcroppings, providing a picturesque backdrop for outdoor gatherings.

The Barn comes equipped with 100 folding white resin padded chairs, 6-60inch round tables, 8-30 inch cocktail tables, 6-6foot folding rectangle tables, 2 rolling wood bars, 6 wine barrels, antique arch, 9-foot white farm table with 4 decorative chairs and various other misc decor. Tenant is responsible for providing table linens and catering.

Tenant is responsible for set up and take down of tables and chairs and all furniture must be returned to it's original location in clean condition.

Tenant must provide additional liability event insurance for gatherings.
All alcohol that is served must be in accordance with state and local laws and by a TABC bartender.
