LuxZuri Studio is a 3,000 sq ft space designed for creators and businesses looking for a bright, open environment. The large windows fill the studio with natural light, making it perfect for photography, film, and creative projects. The modern setting and amenities ensure flexibility and ease for whatever you’re working on.

Upstairs, you'll find a 1,300 sq ft furnished apartment, complete with a kitchen, full bath, and king-size bed. It's an ideal spot for lifestyle shoots or small, intimate gatherings in a relaxed, homey setting.

For events, LuxZuri offers space for up to 50 people. Whether it’s a unique celebration or something more laid back, the studio provides a comfortable and adaptable space that suits all needs.

Host rules

No smoking of any kind inside the building.
Studio hours are 7 AM - 12 AM. Extended hours available upon request.
For shoots with more than 15 people, please inquire.
A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to hold the date.
A completed Damage Form is required.
Weddings require an additional $15 per hour for a staff member.
A refundable $200 deposit is required for all events. The deposit will be refunded if there is no damage and guests leave on time. Staying 10 minutes past the agreed time will result in a full-hour charge deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

The second floor houses a fully furnished 1,300 sq ft apartment, perfect for lifestyle shoots, complete with a kitchen, bath, king-size bed, and living area.
