About this space
The Plaza San Antonio revives the property’s history and goes to great lengths to preserve the cultural imprint marked by its passage through time. Working with the Office of Historic Preservation, our three 19th century buildings were restored to respect the historic context and elements traditionally found in the La Villita Historic District. Additionally, our garden areas retain 50% of their original footprint, and our stunning, nationally-registered Anaqua Tree still stands tall after its roots were carefully moved and protected when construction of the original hotel was underway forty years ago.
Oasis Lawn is perfect space for couples to say "I do" or hosting a fundraising cocktail reception. Team building events with activities like yoda are also an option.
