This private office at the San Diego Made Factory is a space to be used as either a conference room or team office with Wi-Fi and air conditioning! It is our coworking space with a small kitchenette and lounge.
Perfect for team meetings, small workshops, and training events. The room fits up to 60 people and has tons of natural light.

Host rules
Rental time is not to exceed the reserved time. Any time beyond this (either before or after) will be billed at the agreed upon hourly rate. You are responsible for coordinating with any vendors on the reserved time. You must reserve time for setup and breakdown.
An estimated number of attendees to your event must be given at the time the reservation is made. A final count is required 7 business days prior to your reserved time.
San Diego Made reserves the right to refuse admittance to any agent, vendor, or guest of the Renter at San Diego Made’s sole discretion.
Event Hosts are responsible for any damages/accidents incurred by their vendor.
Event Host and/or Caterers are responsible for loading and unloading their own supplies and/or equipment.
It is required that there is a point of contact onsite at the beginning and end of the reserved time. The point of contact is required to be onsite before vendors load in and is to be onsite once all vendors have loaded out. If the contracted time is longer than 10 hours the client must provide two points of contact.
All music and noise is subject to California’s 24-hour noise ordinance. This means that complaints can be made about the volume of an event at any hour of the day or night. We ask that noise is to be reduced by 10 p.m.
First complaint brings a request to reduce the noise. Second complaint means that an event is closed down.
Please be mindful of San Diego Made Factory Residents when it comes to noise/music. Also be mindful that the Factory Residents are not prohibited from working during events, and may cause disruptive noise during your event although they will be aware of all events occurring in the space and will be courteous of your event.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
