Studio710 is a very large studio, with so much natural light your project will shine. With a unique NYC loft feel, high ceiling, and a modern cyc wall, our studio is perfect for photo shoots, video production, and events for up to 90 guests. The Main Stage features moveable furniture.

Host rules
1) Return the space in the same condition you received it.
2) Renter is solely responsible for all damage.
3) No Pets, No smoking.
4) Music/Noise must be kept at respectful levels.
5) No Equipment Storage in the Hallway.
6) Production insurance is required. 1M/2M Liability with a waiver of subrogation, with the following as additional insured:

7) All the furniture on the Main Stage is on wheels and is designed to be moved. My expectation is that guests return all furniture to the places they found it and return the space in the same great condition they received it.
8) Smoke machines are allowed.
9) Nudity is allowed.
