No promoted and ticketed events allowed
No wedding licence
No temporary Event Notice (TENs) available

Host rules

TIME: Load-in and load-out times are included in the reserved time slot. Any set-up and clean-up necessary for the event is included during the time booked.

WALLS: No nails, push pins, etc. allowed to be nailed into any of the walls. Removable 3M hooks that peel clean from the wall may be used for hanging items. All tape and markings on floors or walls will be removed from the space.

OFF LIMIT AREAS: Items on the back shelves are reserved for Plenty of Petals' own weddings and events. No inventory belonging to Plenty of Petals is for use during events or shoots. All drawers, cabinets, and all the inventory inside belonging to Plenty of Petals are off-limits.

FURNISHINGS: Any furniture is included in the rental. Should any items be damaged during usage, the client will be charged for the repair or replacement of cleaning of each item. All items must be placed back in their original location following the conclusion of the event. Furniture is to be used as intended. No sitting on the backs of the sofas, no stepping or sitting on the tables, no stepping on chairs, sofas, or benches.

SMOKING: No smoking or drug use inside of the space.

NOISE: Please keep noise levels at an appropriate level.

PETS: Service dogs are allowed, but no other animals are allowed inside of the space.

CLEAN UP: Please clean up space after use. All trash must be taken out at the end of your event - there are dumpsters on the property for your convenience. All furnishings and items belonging to the house and used during the event must be placed back in their original location following the event.

ALCOHOL: No alcohol allowed for production shoots.

No smoke machines are allowed.

Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period

The space was perfect for the group we had! Clean and comfortable.
There were no trash bags, so we had to ask the bar next door for some. Only 20 folding chairs, but we knew and brought a few more. No way to warm/heat food, so we had to bring a warming tray. We made it work, though, and had a great time.

An intimate studio space in the heart of North Park, San Diego. Perfect for photo or film shoots, private dinners, meetings, workshops, retreats, pop-ups, and intimate weddings. With clean white walls and ample natural light, the space has an industrial modern feel with a minimalistic style that provides a clean slate for any event or shoot.
