Built in 1923, this unique 3200 square foot historic building on a fully enclosed 7200 square foot private lot is available for the film, video, and still productions. Conveniently located minutes from Downtown San Diego and just 3 blocks from Balboa Park.
Secure off-street parking, and drive-in access from the alley at the rear of the building. Interior features include 18-foot ceilings plus LOTS of (controllable) natural light plus full black-out.
The space is only available for film/video productions no parties or receptions. Thanks.
