About this space
Our gym is a large space that is perfect for photo sessions or film recordings. The studio has 2,500 sq ft of space with good lighting. In addition, it is equipped with air conditioning, air circulation, WI-FI, and special LED lighting.
All the equipment is available for use. The gym has a simple layout, but at the same time, it is clean and tidy.

In the event that the facility is not returned to its original state, the renter will be subject to a $50.00 cleaning fee. In the event that any equipment, fixtures, furniture, etc. are abused, broken or stolen during the rental of the facility, the renter shall be liable for the replacement or repair of such items within 72 hours of scheduled rental.
No smoking, no pets unless approved by the owner, and no alcohol.
All ages are allowed in the space.
Production insurance is not required.
Furniture and decorations may be moved.
Smoke machines are allowed.
No nudity allowed.
