The residence belongs to San Diego County's ranching history. It is surrounded by tall trees and additionally, the surrounding gardens occupy about 2 acres. The trees additionally provide beautiful shadows inside the building during the setting sun.

Use of this location requires the renter to leave the location in the same condition as when they began, clean and organized. In the event that the location is not returned to its original state.
Absolutely no drugs shall be permitted at the location.
No more than 15 people are allowed at the location at a time.
If the location of any equipment is damaged from irresponsible or reckless behavior you will be responsible for repair/replacement costs.
