1. Do not step on the white cyc wall curve or a $5000 repair fee will be required if damaged.
2. No underage parties
3. You are allowed to drink in the space if you are of age
4. No more than 12 people at a time
5. There is noise from time to time from jets and my neighbors - please be aware if recording audio
