About this space
Our fully private event space, Nolita House accommodates up to 50 guests in a cocktail reception format with dining table seating for up to 26 and mixed lounge seating and belly-up bar tables to accommodate an additional 12 guests. This intimate and exclusive event space boasts its own private bar and bathroom with tons of event enhancement options, including our seasonal décor packages and access to our on-site florist for more elaborate event design.
We offer both tray passed and stationed appetizer options as well as our expansive buffet menu to accommodate all of your guests' dietary needs. Smaller events of 25 or fewer can partake in our 3 or 5-course wine dinners, and, if you're into something outside of the box, you can book a Cow by Bear experience with Chef Bear and friends!

About Nolita Hall
Welcome to Nolita Hall, the first and flagship of the Black Swan Hospitality family of restaurants. “Nolita” was inspired by the famous neighborhood in New York City – coined as such for being “North of Little Italy”. Upon opening in 2018, Nolita Hall was awarded an Orchid Award for the stunning interior design provided by Tecture Design and Fabrication. Nolita Hall provides Little Italy with a much needed communal space for locals who want to enjoy a first-class dining and craft cocktail experience, without missing the big games.
Our main dining hall offers views of our enormous projector screens from every seat, along with 5 additional big screens (including one in our exclusive fireplace lounge!) so you won't miss a single point, kick or goal. Our kitchen boasts a massive Fiori woodfire oven, contributing to most of our Italian-inspired menu and our robust and diverse beverage program provides approachable cocktails with a NYC flair with uncompromising integrity of ingredient procurement.
