This studio is located in the North Park neighborhood, in walking distance from restaurants, bars, and breweries. You can park up to two vehicles in the driveway and the rest on the street.

It is an ideal venue for music production and photography purposes. It can serve as a fully-functional music studio, and as a photo background.
