The Producer’s Loft Studio has successfully provided this venue to more than 200 private events, meetings, screenings, and gatherings over the past two decades. Every rental includes the following:

Located in the heart of San Francisco's Mission District, only a 4-minute walk from the 24th Street/Mission BART Station; 12-minute Uber ride from downtown SF.

CATERING
Outside catering is welcome. Renters must provide all plating, utensils, stemware, flatware, servingware, platters, and expendables (napkins, paper towels, disposable plates, and utensils, etc.). Commercial-grade garbage, compost, and recycling bins will be provided. All decorations, large boxes, and other large debris must be removed from the premises by the renter at the end of the rental window.
ONSITE MANAGER
An onsite supervisor will be available to answer any questions and supervise the event from start to completion.

SCOPE
Please provide any other details about the scope of your event, the number of invited attendees, special requests, or anything out-of-the-ordinary. Type of event.
RESTRICTION
No messy decorations, confetti, color bombs, smoke machines, nails in walls, etc. will be permitted. No smoking anywhere on the premises. No alcohol sales or events that are open to the public.

Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at $200./half-day
CLEANING FEE
01-30 attendees - $200./flat
31-50 attendees - $300./flat
DEPOSIT
$1000. refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking via credit card. Venue is to be returned to the same condition as received at the start of the rental period.
INSURANCE
A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required. We can provide a link to an affordable 1-day event policy if needed.

SETUP & WRAP TIME:
**IMPORTANT** Rental start and end times are ***INCLUSIVE*** of your set up and clean up. Please plan at least 30-60 mins. BEFORE your first Attendees arrive for set up; and at least 30-mins. for wrap-up AFTER your last Attendee departs. Please book your hours accordingly. Thank you.
- No hard alcohol is allowed. Beer and wine only. w/Host Liquor rider.
- No refunds.
- Mandatory cleaning fee @ $200./PER DAY for MEETINGS. $350./PER DAY for larger groups (over 55 people).
- Location Style, Set Builds, Large Productions or Cooking Shoots require the addition to our In-house Stagehand (@ $450./day) in addition (In-house StudioTech is included). Please plan your budget accordingly.
- Dogs or pets. $150./per animal will be automatically billed to the Guest.
- All ages are allowed in the space (children must be supervised at all times)
- Production insurance (COI) is required
- Furniture and decorations may be moved but must be returned to exact location as found
- In-house furniture available for on-camera use
- In-house Props available at additional rental costs
- Artwork on walls to be removed by In-house Staff only upon request
- Smoke machines are allowed upon approval by Studio
- Security Cameras will be on at all times and are located at all entrances

A fast 1-Gigabit fiber-optic connection provides direct camera & audio feeds, and foldback for VIRTUAL FACE-TO-FACE DIRECTION of talent by remotely located producers and creatives; as well as reliable live streaming connection to large audiences.
