A joint venture between Andrew Fidelman, Laurent Manrique and Chris Condy, this restaurant/wine bar was inspired by the cuisine and wines of Gascony. The wines and cuisine of Southwest France. A large retail selection of wines that represent that grapes of Southwest France from countries like Argentina, Chile and the United States.
