Our building fits up to 2 cars and over 100 people. With our huge sliding door, we provide easy access to box trucks for offloading equipment and props.

Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in an extra charge.
You are allowed to move anything in the building to your advantage or creativity as long as it's put back.
We are flexible, we want positivity and good vibes ONLY.
No grace periods.
Setup and take down are included in your rental fee.
Respect each other and the tenant.
Please make sure everything is clean when your booking is over.
Production insurance is not required.
Furniture and decorations may be moved.
