Fully equipped, flexible multipurpose room customized per your setup needs. We offer flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and deliver the quality you expect.
In addition to the conference room, there is an adjoining break-out / consultation room provided. It can fit up to six people comfortably and is included with in any rental.

Host rules
- Renters may need to provide proof of liability insurance ($2M aggregate, $1M per occurrence). If required, we must be listed as an additional insured.
- Turn off the lights and lock the door when finished.
- A list of local caterers is available upon request.
- No alcohol or smoking in the parking lot, sidewalks, or building.
- Our name and address cannot be used as an official address or headquarters. Printed materials must be approved in advance.
- Renters are responsible for any damage and must report it immediately.
- The meeting room must be cleaned, trash removed, and furniture returned to its original setup. A $200+ cleaning fee applies if not met.
- Room setup changes require 24-hour notice or a $50 fee applies.
- We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or liabilities during facility use. Renters agree to hold us harmless.
- No loud music or DJs allowed.
