About this space
We are happy to present our versatile loft space fit for all of your needs.
It does not matter if you are an aspiring or an established artist, a yoga and dance instructor, a production company, or an individual looking forward to a birthday party.
We can provide you with a safe space for all people looking to embrace it for their needs.
Our space of 1195 square feet can easily fit 50 people. We can adjust the space to your special needs, which include setting up dining areas and providing guarded parking space for your comfort and safety.
We are lucky enough to be able to offer a kitchen that you can use as well as a beautifully lit photoshoot space.

Rules of the space
Allowed events
Host rules
No smoking cigarettes inside(420-friendly only). Cigarettes are allowed outside.
No loitering in hallways allowed.
All tenants and guests must be inside L12 during operation hours.
All guests and tenants must be escorted in and out by L12 officials.
No loud music is allowed before 7 am or after 10 pm.
Inside and outside catering is allowed.
No more than two cars can park inside the gated area.
Street parking will be located on 57th Street. (Security will be provided).
No car washing is allowed in the parking lot.
Using staircases is not allowed without supervision by an L12 official.
Covid-19 protocol is enforced (documentation will be signed by the tenant upon booking).
All equipment, kitchen items, or any accessories provided by L12 will be solely under the responsibility of the tenant.
Surveillance cameras are located outside of the L12 loft. They record movement, and people coming in and out of the building.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
