The gallery level offers a clean and contemporary aesthetic with smooth wooden flooring and white walls, creating a bright and welcoming environment. The layout includes a variety of seating options from cozy black leather couches to stylish wire chairs and modern wooden furniture, great for both relaxation and work-focused activities.
Art pieces on the walls add a creative feeling to the area, while large windows let in plenty of natural light. The studio level is bright and creative, with three large tables and lots of natural light from the courtyard garden. The space has adjustable spotlights and paper lanterns to suit various needs and moods. Polished concrete floors allow for easy cleanup. This level can also be customized with rented furniture to accommodate larger groups, making it ideal for weddings, parties, performances, and more.

Floor plan must be approved be gallery representative in advance of event.
No alteration of the shown art.
A representative of the gallery will remain onsite to monitor the art. This representative will not participate in or interfere with event proceedings.
Noise must be contained so that building tenants are not disturbed.
No animals allowed.
If food or beverage containers are brought in, guest must bring liners to protect the furniture and floor beneath the food and beverage.
Any waste beyond what can reasonably fit in the six host-provided kitchen sized bins must be removed by the guest. Guests are welcome to bring additional waste bins to accommodate the needs of their event.
After an event, the space must be left for the host as it was presented at the start of the rental.

Welcome to our unique two-level venue in San-Fransisco that combines an art gallery and an art studio. Our space celebrates local artists and designers, with their works displayed on both floors, creating a vibrant background for any event.
Our gallery area is spacious and versatile, perfect for both casual social gatherings and formal meetings. It features a courtyard-facing section with a stylish glass and brass table surrounded by designer chairs, ideal for intimate discussions, small team meetings, or dining experiences. The restroom on this level is ADA compliant, ensuring accessibility for all guests. Downstairs, the studio level offers a bright and creative environment with three large tables and natural light. This level can also be customized with rented furniture.
