About this space
The atmosphere in our venue is modern and aesthetically pleasing. It features a minimalistic and industrial style with polished concrete floors, high ceilings, and large windows that allow for plenty of natural light.
You can host a variety of activities, such as private dining, weddings, workshops, and more. During your private event, our gallery will be exclusively closed for you.
Prices
A 350$ cleaning fee is included in all rentals. An additional $95 fee applies for a Recology pickup after the event.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
$40/hr AV technician is available if needed. If using our projector or speaker system, an A/V technician is required with a 4-hour minimum ($160).
$40/hr Preparator is available if needed. If your event requires us to de-install or re-install any artwork, hiring a preparator is required with a 4-hour minimum ($160).
$500 Refundable Damage Deposit (checks only as we do not deposit unless necessary)
Liability coverage up to $1,000,000 is required.

WE CANNOT host art exhibitions and other art related events outside of the programs curated by Southern Exposure.
Set-up and clean-up time should be included as part of your total rental time. Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the evening and factor time into your booking accordingly.
No nails, screws, staples, pushpins, adhesive tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, interior walls, or building.
No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site.
No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing elements.
We do not allow any mounting on our walls, no exceptions. If you are needing decorations or mounting, please consider using an easel or pipe and drape.
