• No smoking allowed.
• Fishing is not permitted, as we are not licensed as a fishing vessel.
• We have life vests for infants, children, and adults.
• We only allow registered service dogs, with accompanying paperwork, on board.
• There will be 3 crew members on board to ensure your comfort and safety.
• We ask that all guests arrive at the dock no later than 15-30 minutes (depending on the party size) before your scheduled departure time. We are required to conduct a safety meeting, once everyone is present, before the charter can get underway.
• In case of bad weather or mechanical issues, we will reschedule your booking for another day.
• Damage done to the space will result in extra charge.
