With 5,000 square feet of flexible use galleries, our space can accommodate small or large groups up to 134 for meetings, seminars, lectures, seated dinners, banquets, cocktail receptions, weddings, and parties. Host rules
1. Maximum capacity for a private function is 134 people for a reception or 100 people seated at tables. It is your responsibility to ensure that the amount of people in this space does not exceed this limit at any given time. I
2. Hotboxes must be kept in the prep area. No cooking, ovens, open flames, steam or heat generation permitted in the gallery at any time without prior permission from Museum.
3. Museum approved caterers must be used for events; Global Gourmet Catering, Small Potatoes Catering and Knights Catering. Other caterers can be used pending museum's approval.
4. Any permits required by any governmental authority in connection with any aspect of the event must be obtained in advance by Applicant with copies of any such permits provided to Museum no later than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.
5. Smoking is not permitted in the Museum or within the building at any time.
6. No one shall handle or move any artwork, display case or other installation.
7. No aspect of the Museum or building may be altered (including lights).
8. No one shall enter any common areas of the building, including stairways or elevators, with the exception of the main entrance for ADA. No one shall enter any office or storage space without express permission from the Museum Director or Museum Representative.
9. Alcohol permits and licensed bartenders are required and must be provided in advance, in compliance with all state and local laws and ordinances.
10. Set-up may not occur before 5:00 pm when the Museum closes to the public (or rental start time), unless a buyout has been arranged.
11. Deliveries must occur before 3pm on the day of the event and picked up by 11pm on the night of the event. Items that cannot be removed after.
12. Exit and walkways must be kept clear for wheelchair access and fire safety.
13. Tables and chairs must be at least six inches from gallery walls. (The museum has a limited supply that can be provided upon request.)
