Our venue has a modern and colorful design, with a large, vibrant mural on one of the walls that stands out as a main feature. The mural shows bright colors and a creative style. The room has comfortable seating with dark couches and bright, multicolored pillows that add a playful touch. The seating area also includes a foosball table.
The kitchen area is spacious and open, with modern appliances, including a large stove and refrigerator. There’s plenty of counter space and high stools for seating, making it a practical setup for cooking or serving food at events. The bedroom has a cozy loft-style bed area with clean, minimalist decor.

In response to Covid-19, a protective mask is required for every guest/crew member to ensure the health and safety of everyone. Any guest who arrives without a mask will not be permitted to enter the location. Rest assured that the location will be professionally disinfected before and after each booking and hand sanitizer will be provided onsite.
All booking start & end times are inclusive of setup & tear down time, so please include that when booking your reservation.

*Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down

We're happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability and will not accommodate during other guests' reservations/productions
We recommend parking in the parking structure, which is a flat $10 daily rate for extra vehicles and is located directly behind and attached to our building. If you need to load large or heavy equipment, there is a loading zone. Please contact us via message, and we’ll be happy to explain the simple and convenient loading instructions.

Knight & Reign Properties in Los Angeles, is a 600-square-foot loft with high, 16-foot ceilings, giving it an open and spacious feel. The space features a unique 3D mural painted by local artists. The mural is large and colorful, becoming the main visual highlight of the space, perfect for making any production look creative and vibrant.
The loft has cement flooring and lots of natural light coming in through big windows, making it bright and ideal for photography or filming. The open layout and simple decor make it easy to set up any equipment or props.
For convenience, the location has a loading zone that makes it easy to bring in and take out equipment. There is both street parking and paid parking spots nearby, so parking is accessible for crew and visitors.
