About Lombardi’s Everett
Our mission is to bring friends and family together by sharing great Italian food, stellar wine & exceptional hospitality.
Founded in 1987 by restaurateur Diane Symms, Lombardi’s opened with a vision of serving fresh regional Italian dishes with flavors that were inspired by Diane’s travels through Italy. Influenced by the Lombardy region in Northern Italy, Lombardi’s was named after “Papa Lombardi”, the grandfather of our first chef. Diane opened the original Lombardi’s restaurant in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle in July of 1987, with the Issaquah location opening in December 1990.
Presently, Lombardi’s has locations at the Everett Marina, (which opened in 1998) South Mill Creek, (opened in 2012), and Bellingham Bay, which was opened in October of 2019.
Lombardi’s is a family-owned business with Diane’s daughter, Kerri Lonergan-Dreke leading the business into the next generation. In 2021, Diane sold the majority share of Lombardi’s to Kerri & remains on the ownership team as a founder. Kris Korshaven (Director of Operations) and Andy Hilliard (Executive Chef), joined the ownership team as longtime senior managers. As a group, they are passionate about building up the communities in which Lombardi’s operates. 2021 has been an eventful year for the team as Lombardi’s purchased Nature’s Connection, a five-acre wedding & event venue in Arlington.
Lombardi’s guests appreciate our made-from-scratch sauces, salad dressings & desserts, along with imported Italian staples such as pizza flour, cheeses, Barilla pasta, & olive oils. Lombardi’s is also committed to sourcing local products whenever feasible.
In 2017, we celebrated our 30th anniversary. Cheers to 30 more!
