Host rules

- No smoking, no exceptions, in the building.
- Outside catering is not allowed, but we are happy to consider your catering company.
- No alcohol is allowed after 6 pm.
- No actual heating elements for food service are allowed in the building. (i.e., candles)
- Office space is mainly in use, so managing a professional noise level is required.
- We do have video and audio surveillance of the warehouse area, common areas of the office floor, and entrances of the building.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
