All furniture & props are included in your rental, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Need a specific setup? Just use our freight elevator to bring what you like!
ATTENTION: Please ensure your setup and cleanup are completed within your booking period to accommodate others. Our studio, located on the 3rd floor, offers easy access via a freight elevator.
SECURITY: Rest assured, we prioritize your safety with entry and doorway monitoring.
VIDEO PRODUCTIONS: While our space is ideal for video, please note street noise will likely be audible.
LOCATION: Conveniently situated in Pioneer Square near Jackson Street Station.

Welcome to The Studio! By booking and paying for studio rental, you agree to the following terms, and you are responsible for ensuring that all guests or representatives comply as well.
Maintain Cleanliness: leave the space and surrounding property as you found them. Failure to follow booking instructions or leaving the space untidy will result in additional fees.
Liability Insurance is highly recommended.
Personal Property: We're not liable for renters' or guests' personal property used during or left after the reservation.
Cleaning Responsibility: You're responsible for cleaning up after your shoot, including returning furniture to its original location, removing all garbage, sweeping up debris, and wiping up spills. No glitter or confetti.
Equipment Liability: You're liable for all equipment and furniture on the premises. Damaged equipment will be replaced at 1.5 times the retail price.
No Smoking: The Studio is a non-smoking, non-candle or open flame environment at all times.
Consideration for Others: Be courteous to other building residents, avoid loud music, large groups, and keep all activities within the studio space.
No Pets Allowed.
Studio Use: The studio is for video/photography production only; no events are allowed.
Boudoir Sessions: Boudoir sessions are permitted, but full nudity is not allowed.
USE OF THE STUDIO AT YOUR OWN RISK //
A) Waiver of Liability: You waive the right to seek legal redress for accidents or losses while on our premises, releasing us from any liability.
B) Release of Liability: We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage that occurs in the studio or on the premises
C) Liability Insurance: It's your responsibility to carry liability insurance; we're only liable for the rental fee in case of studio-related issues.
D) Prohibition of Illegal Activity: Illegal activity is strictly prohibited; you're responsible for the conduct of all accompanying persons.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

-While our studios offer a picturesque setting, it's important to note that it's an older building with shared spaces. Street noise may be audible, and the windows are not soundproof. Additionally, please be aware that there is a security camera for entry and doorway monitoring only, ensuring the safety of our space.
