Whether you're capturing headshots, product shots, or large productions, our freshly painted white walls provide a versatile backdrop for your creativity to shine.

Please be mindful of your booking period, ensuring both setup and cleanup are completed within your allotted time. Our studio is located on the 2nd floor of a charming old building in Pioneer Square, with access to the freight elevator provided inside on the 2nd floor.

For video productions, please note that our space is not soundproof, and street noise may be audible.

Conveniently situated near Jackson Street Station, our studio offers easy access to transportation and amenities.

Welcome to The Studio! By booking and paying for studio rental, you agree to the following terms, and you are responsible for ensuring that all guests or representatives comply as well.

Maintain Cleanliness: leave the space and surrounding property as you found them. Failure to follow booking instructions or leaving the space untidy will result in additional fees.
Liability Insurance is highly recommended.
Personal Property: We're not liable for renters' or guests' personal property used during or left after the reservation.
Cleaning Responsibility: You're responsible for cleaning up after your shoot, including returning furniture to its original location, removing all garbage, sweeping up debris, and wiping up spills. No glitter or confetti.
Equipment Liability: You're liable for all equipment and furniture on the premises. Damaged equipment will be replaced at 1.5 times the retail price.
No Smoking: The Studio is a non-smoking, non-candle or open flame environment at all times.
Consideration for Others: Be courteous to other building residents, avoid loud music, large groups, and keep all activities within the studio space.
No Pets Allowed.
Studio Use: The studio is for video/photography production only; no events are allowed.
Boudoir Sessions: Boudoir sessions are permitted, but full nudity is not allowed.

USE OF THE STUDIO AT YOUR OWN RISK //

A) Waiver of Liability: You waive the right to seek legal redress for accidents or losses while on our premises, releasing us from any liability.

B) Release of Liability: We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage that occurs in the studio or on the premises

C) Liability Insurance: It's your responsibility to carry liability insurance; we're only liable for the rental fee in case of studio-related issues.

D) Prohibition of Illegal Activity: Illegal activity is strictly prohibited; you're responsible for the conduct of all accompanying persons.

Additionally, please be aware that there is a security camera for entry and doorway monitoring only, ensuring the safety of our space.
