Our largest event space is 2,300 square feet on the fourth floor of the middle school building. The option to include the outdoor rooftop plaza from May to October is available. The event space is available weekdays and weekends and includes:

This space provides a state-of-the-art 2,300-square-foot conference center (day/evening/weekend availability + kitchen option), a smaller conference room day/evening/weekend availability) for small group settings, a 2,000-square-foot commons area (no kitchen or patio option, evenings and weekends only), and the option to include the outdoor rooftop plaza that boasts beautiful views of downtown Seattle. The event space is available weekdays and weekends.
