About this space
The main space is an open 1800 sq. ft. attic-like loft, accessed via two flights of stairs from ground level. It features skylights, a residential kitchen, a bar, several sofas, and a unisex bathroom. It can be rearranged and decorated according to your needs. We have several large tables, coffee tables, and rolling carts to set up whatever you need to offer and display.

About Mosswood Loft
Not your grandfather's event space – Mosswood Loft primarily serves the DIY music community, with regular live shows catering to punks, goths, and other proudly alternative scenes. It's best suited to evening events, where it really comes to life as a sexy and intimate party space. Visitors often remark: "this is the most New York space I've ever seen in Seattle."
The loft is a wide open room that can be rearranged and redecorated to your needs. We've had live music, dance parties, karaoke, fashion shows, multi-vendor markets, cocktail nights, cooking competitions, movie nights, photo & video shoots, and more.
