About this space
Our production studio is designed for content creators of all platforms, be you a podcaster or a musician trying to record a music video. With room for up to 30 people, the layout allows flexible scene setups.
It can be an intimate interview or a TV show with more people, our studio offers what you need! We can also make additional equipment available for an extra fee.

Host rules
1. Overtime
- Overtime will be billed accordingly.
- The space must be vacated, and all items brought in must be removed by the end of your booking.
2. Cleaning and damages
- Guests must leave the space in the same condition as they found it.
- Please respect the space and clean up after your event.
- All equipment and rentals must be removed within your booking time, so be sure to include setup and teardown in your reservation.
- Do not use nails, screws, staples, or any penetrating items on the walls.
- Any tape or adhesive materials must be fully removed.
- Any damage to walls, floors, or furniture will be billed.
3. Furniture and restrictions
- Let us know in advance if you need to move any furniture.
- Glitter and confetti are not allowed.
- Open flames, frying, and any cooking that creates excessive smoke are prohibited.

About Epic Branding Studio
Welcome to our dynamic visual media production studio! Our space offers equipment for photography sessions and video/audio content recording. Our open-plan layout offers flexibility for scene setups, from spacious main sets to intimate corners.
You can enjoy premium video and audio recording, adaptable lighting rigs, soundproofing, and stunning backdrops, or just relax in our cozy lounge area between sessions. Access instructions are provided upon booking confirmation.
