At Spring Hill Event Center, we strive to keep our rates as affordable as possible for all of our clients. To help maintain these competitive prices, we ask that renters handle the cleaning of the event spaces after their event.

If cleaning is not something you wish to take on, we can arrange for a professional commercial cleaning service at a flat rate of $600 per event. This ensures the space is left in perfect condition for the next guests while giving you the flexibility to choose the option that works best for your needs.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide a high-quality, budget-friendly venue for everyone.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

• Event Hall: Designed to accommodate up to 160 people in a round table setup, the event hall is ideal for banquets, receptions, and intimate gatherings. The layout is fully customizable to meet your specific needs, whether you’re hosting a conference, workshop, or celebration.

At Spring Hill Event Center, we provide the use of all tables and chairs at no additional cost, ensuring a seamless experience. You are also welcome to bring in your preferred outside catering company to create the perfect menu for your event.
