Experience a versatile event space spanning 2000 square feet, complete with essential amenities. The venue boasts a kitchenette with a fridge and ample prep space, two restrooms, and a spacious party area measuring 1600 square feet.
Your convenience is our priority, which is why we offer free parking, WiFi access, speakers, a microphone, and a smart TV. The space is furnished with both round and rectangular tables, as well as chairs, to accommodate your event needs.
We cater to a wide range of occasions, including family gatherings, baby showers, bridal showers, birthday celebrations, workshops, seminars, classes, anniversaries, and private dinners. Whatever the event, our space is ready to bring your vision to life.

Host rules
Décor Restrictions:
- Please refrain from using glitter, confetti, or paint within the venue premises.
- Nothing should be affixed to the floor, walls, or any venue equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, command strips, glue, tacks, tape, duct tape, and decals.
- All furniture and equipment provided by Spring Woods Party and Event Center must remain inside the venue and should not be removed.
Failure to comply with these decor restrictions may result in financial penalties, which may include additional cleaning fees, loss of the security deposit, damage fees, and the total cost of repairs.
Fire and heat restrictions:
- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
Clean-up and Rentals Guidelines:
- Trash should be placed in designated garbage receptacles; Spring Woods staff does not bus tables.
- Remove personal items and decorations from event spaces; SWPEC is not responsible for lost items.
- Personal items, décor, and rentals must be removed within the rental time frame unless specified by SWPEC.
- Furniture and equipment should be returned to their original placement.
- SWPEC provides linen rentals; damages or missing items will incur fees.
- Damages to décor, tables, chairs, and equipment may result in fees and the loss of the security deposit.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
