The main hall, located on the first floor, is a Victorian ballroom that can host up to 100 guests. This exquisite space boasts tin ceilings, exposed brick walls, authentic French doors and windows, a glass-enclosed porch, and solid oak floors, creating an elegant and timeless setting for any event.
The second and third floors of Edgewater Hall are contemporary Manhattan-style lofts, each with a unique and comfortable ambiance. These spacious lofts, at 2,500 square feet apiece, offer stunning views of the Verrazano Bridge. The second floor features three separate rooms, an outdoor deck, and high tin ceilings, accommodating up to 125 guests. The third floor continues the theme with loft-style charm and panoramic views, ideal for a variety of event setups.
In addition to these primary spaces, Edgewater Hall includes several industrial lofts, industrial hallways, and historic bank vaults, enhancing the venue's unique character. The cellar, designed as a speakeasy-style bar and restaurant event space, features brick arches, a 27-foot antique bar, a full kitchen, and a capacity of 100 guests. This historic venue, recently renovated by Staten Island Construction Company EPS with state-of-the-art features and amenities, can host up to 300 guests when utilizing all floors, offering a seamless flow for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions across its multiple levels.
