1. No smoking in the building without permission (an additional smoking fee is required).
2. No pets allowed.
3. Outside catering is allowed, but no cooking is permitted inside the space. Outside grilling is allowed.
4. Cleaning and damage charges will apply if the guest is at fault.
5. Security is required for events with 50+ people.
6. A security deposit is required.
