About this space

The purpose of our center is to provide a safe space, healthy and creative environment where everyone. Space is suitable for large to small private events, photography space, art gallery exhibitions, fundraising events, private business meetings, workshops, and many more.

All events must be non-alcohol friendly unless they are private events.

Host rules

No loitering outside the premises.
Outside catering is allowed.
Drinks cannot leave the event space door.
No smoking of any sort inside
No smoke machines
There are no live candles on the premises
No nails on walls
No tape on walls
No standing on wall couch
Window curtains must stay closed
Boxes must be broken down
Chairs & tables must be put back in their original place
Clients must make sure that there are no balloons left on the floor or confetti
Clients are allowed to bring in DJ
Do not leave overflowing trash.
For extra time prior to event booking agreement, the fee $100 an hour.
We are not responsible for anything client leaves behind after their event.

The client must be out of space by the end of the event breakdown. If the client passes the event breakdown end time, there will be a fee of $175 for every hour after that. (Hourly fee starts 10 min. after event breakdown period is over)

The client may not leave personal belongings including chairs, tables, or any merchandise used for the event behind. A fee of $175 a day will be applied for anything left behind that wasn’t agreed upon by staff.
