Damages & Loss

Jesus Son of Mary Center (JSMC) is not responsible for any losses, damages, injuries, or anything pertaining thereto. If any damage is a result of any activities or events within the property this religious center, it is not the responsibility of JSMC. The rentee, whose name is on this agreement will be responsible, which may include paying for damages.
No music, alcohol, or dancing is permitted inside the Center.
Food may be allowed with prior approval from management only.
The rentee is responsible for any damages and/or injuries caused or to their guest.
The rentee must be responsible for the cleanup of any trash, decorations, or items left behind at the center after the event.

Cancelations/ Refunds

You may cancel at any time before 48 hours for a full refund.
Refunds will not be accepted upon cancellations with-in 48 hours of date selected.
You may choose to reschedule to a later date given space availability at no extra cost.
