Host rules

1. The rental start and end time is the ENTIRE time you will have access to the space. Set up and break
down for the event MUST be included in your booking (extension past end time will accrue charges at
1.5x the hourly rate).
2. Event items cannot be dropped off before the start of the event rental time, and all items should be
removed by the end of the event rental time.
3. The rooftop space will not be refunded in case of inclement weather outside of the host’s control.
4. Furniture can be moved during the time of your rental, however, everything must be returned to its
original place before the end of the event rental time.
5. Furniture may not be taken out of the space. Indoor tables must stay within the indoor dining area,
and may not be moved into the kitchen or the rooftop.
6. DJs are permitted indoors only.
7. All music and noise must be turned down according to the neighborhood noise ordinance beginning at
10:00 pm. No noise that carries out into the street and disrupts our neighbors (indoors or
rooftop) will be permitted at any time.
8. Outside catering and beverages are permitted.
9. Smoking of any kind is not permitted.
10. Decorations are permitted, however, they must not permanently alter the space.
11. Glitter + confetti are prohibited from being thrown in the space.
12. Guests are not permitted to access areas not included in their rental at any time.
13. Guests are not permitted to loiter or congregate out front at any time.
14. Guests are not permitted to take cafe merchandise or items (stock is taken before event rental).
15. Double parking or blocking the road anytime during the event rental is prohibited.
16. The entire space must be cleaned and items removed by event end time or additional time will be
charged at 1.5x the hourly rate. Guests are provided an Event Closing Checklist(s) that must be completed
before closing out with the Event Manager.
